Smartwill Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to Smartwill-branded products and is provided to the original purchaser who buys directly from Smartwill’s official website or its authorized retailers and distributors. We guarantee that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used according to our published guidelines for the duration specified below.

By using a Smartwill product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Limited Warranty. For any warranty-related concerns, please reach out to our Customer Support team via email or phone.

Warranty Coverage

1-Year Warranty – All quality-related defects on products purchased from Smartwill’s official store are covered under a 1-year warranty from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Territory – The warranty applies only to products purchased within the country of the original purchase. It becomes void if the product is taken outside the country of purchase or shipped internationally from an authorized online order.

Replacement and Refunds

For quality-related warranty claims, defective products will be replaced with a factory-refurbished model of equal value, if available. Otherwise, a new item will be sent.

If a replacement is unavailable or the customer prefers, Smartwill will offer a refund.

Warranties on replacement products follow the same timeframe as the original defective item.

Warranties become void if the product has been fully refunded.

Warranty Process

To claim a warranty, the following information is required:

Proof of Purchase – Order number from Smartwill’s website or an authorized retailer.

Troubleshooting Documentation – A description of the troubleshooting steps taken.

Defective Item Information – Serial number and/or visible proof of the defect.

Return for Inspection – The item may need to be returned for a quality check.

Incorrect Returns – If the wrong item is returned or the defective item is not sent back, the warranty will be voided.

Valid Proof of Purchase

Order confirmation from Smartwill’s official website or an authorized reseller.

Sales invoice.

Dated receipt showing the product description and purchase price.

Note: In some cases, multiple types of proof may be required (e.g., payment confirmation, shipping details).

Warranty Claim Expiration

Warranty claims must be initiated within 30 days of reporting the issue.

Claims cannot be processed for products that have exceeded the original warranty period or the 30-day claim submission window, whichever is longer.

Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs in the following cases:

Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.

Accidental returns.

Returns of items found to be in working condition after inspection (this does not apply to the 30-day money-back return policy).

International returns of defective items.

Unauthorized returns (returns made outside the approved warranty process).

Items Not Covered Under Smartwill Limited Warranty

Products without valid proof of purchase.

Lost or stolen products.

Items that exceed their warranty period.

Non-quality-related issues (after the 30-day money-back return policy has expired).

Free promotional products.

Repairs conducted by third parties.

Damage from external sources (e.g., natural disasters).

Damage from misuse (e.g., drops, extreme temperatures, water damage, improper operation).

Purchases from unauthorized resellers.

Shipping Responsibility

When returning items using a prepaid shipping label provided by Smartwill, we assume responsibility for any damage or loss in transit.

Unauthorized Products

Smartwill is not responsible for malfunctions or damage caused by unauthorized products. Unauthorized products include items purchased from non-authorized sellers. To ensure authenticity and warranty coverage, please purchase only from Smartwill’s official website or authorized retailers.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide:

Proof of purchase from Smartwill’s official website or an authorized seller.

The defective product’s serial number.

Clear proof of the defect (e.g., images or videos).

The item may need to be returned for inspection.

Warranties on replacements become void if the incorrect item is returned or the defective item is not sent back.
